:Seminar dealing with municipalities, the exercise of powers, municipal liabilities and obligations, prosecutions, challenges to municipal decisions, and land-use planning. Emphasis is on the application of 'theory' to 'practice' with guest lecturers, case studies, 'role-playing' and class participation, and a mock hearing or paper.Posting limited to:
