AR Executive (Permanent; Location: East)

The Company

Our client, in the technology sector, is currently looking for an AR Executive to join their dynamic team.


The Role

The Accounts Receivable role involves generating invoices, delivery orders, credit/debit notes, and statements of accounts, following up on outstanding AR invoices, tracking project maintenance and billing milestones, updating receipts, maintaining accounts receivable files and records, preparing AR aging reports, and escalating collection issues. The role also includes communicating with stakeholders regarding billing or payment queries, reconciling GST output tax, preparing monthly schedules for month-end closing, and performing any other assigned duties.


Your Profile

You should have a Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in managing accounts receivables. You must be highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
