Opportunity Description
Our client, a private organization based in Abu Dhabi, is urgently looking for an Arabic Legal Assistant. The role primarily involves providing support to the Legal Counsel, maintaining and organizing files, conducting legal research, and drafting legal documents.
Responsibilities- Investigate facts of a case
- Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles
- Organize and present case information
- Maintain and update case or transaction data in electronic databases
- Write reports to assist lawyers in trial preparation
- Draft correspondence, contracts, mortgages, and other legal documents
- Obtain affidavits and other formal statements for court evidence
- Assist legal counsel during trials and depositions
- Prepare hearing, trial, and corporate meeting materials
