Role Overview
As a Retention Agent, you will be responsible for managing incoming cases, engaging with customers, and successfully closing each case through effective communication and negotiation.
Compensation
USD2 per closed case.
Work Model
Versatile schedule with assigned working hours. Cases are assigned as they come in. Performance‑based environment.
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic (required)
- Experience in customer service, retention, or collections (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a goal‑oriented environment
