Job Description
Responsible for the site supervision of Contractor's architectural and interior design works, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
Responsibilities- Inspect contractors' works.
- Review and comment on submittals.
- Forward submittals to the concerned designer for response.
- Obtain samples and quotations when required.
- Prepare reports and recommendations and coordinate all architectural and interior design works with other disciplines.
- Review and authorize the inspector's daily reports.
- Prepare the portion of the weekly report and provide input to the monthly project report.
- Review comments on material submittals concerning constructability in support of the AOR and witness field tests.
- Review as-built drawings.
- Report quality non-conformances and assist in closing them out.
- Report safety violations to the HSE Manager during site inspections.
