Job Description Overview
Responsible for the site supervision of Contractor’s architectural and interior design works, including inspection of contractor’s works, review and commentary on submittals, forwarding submittals to the concerned designer for response, obtaining samples and quotations when required, preparing reports and recommendations, and coordinating all architectural/ID works with other disciplines.
Responsibilities- Review and authorise inspector’s daily reports, prepare weekly reports and provide input to monthly project reports.
- Review comments on material submittals, support constructability, and witness field tests.
- Review As‑built drawings and report quality non‑conformances, assisting in closing them out.
- Report safety violations to the HSE Manager during site inspections.
- Work with the project site team, coordinate and manage technical input from other disciplines during construction.
