Our client is a well-established and highly regarded property investment and development organisation operating across the UK and Ireland. With a strong track record spanning residential, commercial, retail, hotel and mixed-use developments, this organisation has built a reputation for delivering complex and high-quality schemes across a diverse portfolio.

With in-house architectural and construction capability, the organisation works across the full lifecycle of projects, from acquisition and concept design through to delivery on site. This integrated approach allows them to take ownership of projects and drive innovation, quality and efficiency throughout each stage. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are now seeking to appoint an experienced Architect or Architectural Technologist to join their team, based in either their Belfast studio or head office in Derry/Londonderry.
