Architect – Basic Design Project

The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect capable of producing clear and detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit. This candidate should have solid knowledge of all stages related to project development and completion, ensuring effective coordination with all stakeholders to guarantee timely execution and high-quality standards. The candidate must also possess knowledge of Marbella urban planning regulations and local building codes, ensuring that projects comply with applicable regulations and permitting requirements. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with experience in residential architecture, strong technical capabilities, and the ability to contribute throughout all project phases.
