We’re working with a respected architectural and urban design practice of around 28 people who’ve built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use projects across the North of England.
With a healthy workload and long-standing relationships with major national housebuilders, they’re now looking for an Architect to join their growing team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing and delivering residential layouts and developments for major housebuilders
- Producing detailed technical drawings and coordinating with in-house Urban Designers and Technicians
- Working through all RIBA stages, from concept to delivery
- Ensuring projects meet planning, design and buildability requirements
- Visiting sites and collaborating directly with clients and consultants
