Job Responsibilities: Assist in design development and documentation of local projects Liaise with local authorities on requirements and compliance Lead and coordinate with Consultants' team in implementing project Assist QP in carrying out project supervision Job Requirements: Possess good design and detailing skills Proficient in Autocad, SketchUp and Revit Familiar with local codes and regulations Able to work independently and meet tight deadline Degree in Architecture from a university recognized by BOA with minimum 3 years of relevant experience Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
