Architectural Coordinator

Responsibilities: Prepare and coordinate detailed architecturaldrawings. Liaise effectively with Site Engineers,Consultants, Architects, and Suppliers. Oversee all phases of the architectural process,from design to completion. Organise, document, and monitor architecturalcoordination, work progress, variation orders, and certification of completedworks for assigned projects. Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture froma recognised institution. Minimum of 2 years' relevant working experiencein a related field. Proficient in BIM, AutoCAD, and Photoshop. Able to work independently with minimalsupervision. Preferably available to start work on shortnotice. 5-day work week.Transport provided at Yew Tee MRT Station
