ARCHITECTURAL COORDINATOR

Job Description: Assists the Project Manager in supervision of all architectural works at Project Site. Ensure works carried out by subcontractors are in accordance with specifications and drawings. Ensure work programme, quality requirement, standards and architectural construction materials are carried out. Coordinate architectural works with the consultants, sub-contractors and C&S, M&E coordinators to resolve any technical issues. Attend safety meetings and ensure works are carried-out safely onsite.
Requirements: Knowledge in the use of BIM, AutoCad and other relevant software. Able to read and understand construction drawings. Highly motivated, meticulous, independent with good written and verbal communication skills.
