Job Summary

The overall in-charge of the architectural works of the project

General Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinates with the Project Team on the technical details of architectural, structural, and MEPFS works of the project
• Supervises the preparation of body plans, wall setting-out plans, shop drawings, as built drawings, and all other plans and drawings assigned to the department.

Educational Attainment

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Preferably licensed
• Proficient with construction activities sequence
• Expertise in reading and analyzing construction plans and drawings
• Proficient in computer aided design software
