Architecture Project Manager (Senior)

Role & Responsibilities: Ensure design complies with all statutory requirements Managing design development of the project Execute tender procurement On-site construction supervision Procure statutory compliance for TOP and CSC Monitor the making good of defects and final certification Requirements: Degree from a recognized university Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience good communication skills in English Passion for design, a commitment to continued learning and the desire to innovate Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently Ability to supervise and manage a team Familiarity with HDB projects is an advantage Contract administration (SIA/PSSCOC forms of contract) Good technical knowledge and strong detailing capability Be familiar with prevailing regulations and codes governing construction and architectural practice remuneration will be commensurate with your experience and qualification
