Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for system administration and designing and implementing robust Document Management System (DMS) . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform requirements gathering and design DMS solutions that meet business needs. Support and maintain the current DMS applications, ensuring high performance and reliability. Implement best practices for DMS development, including version control, testing, and documentation. Handle monthly application reports, patches, and other administration duties.
