Overview

• Emergency Landing Device (ELD) is not working. Corrective action shall be taken.
• Shaft lighting is not working. Corrective action should be taken.
• Observed abnormal noise in the compensation chain guide roller. Corrective action should be taken.
• In the machine room, floor level identification yellow marking should be provided on the main suspension rope.
• The elevator is not provided with ascending car overspeed protection. corrective action needed.
