Area Coach

Red Ember Recruitment is seeking to appoint an experienced Area Coach for the Southern Cape Region, based in either George or Knysna. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple QSR stores within the region, driving operational excellence, profitability, customer experience, and team performance in line with brand standards. Oversee and manage multiple restaurant/store operations within the Southern Cape region. Ensure all stores consistently meet operational, financial, and customer service targets. Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiencies across the region. Monitor and improve food quality, hygiene, health & safety, and brand compliance standards.
