The Area Manager assigned to the Modern Trade Division is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations, performance of Omni’s Modern Trade stores within the assigned territory. This role ensures revenue growth through effective management of in‑store daily operations, team leadership, customer relationship management, and effective execution of promotions in the trade.

1. Revenue Growth and Sales Target Achievement:

a. Ensure the smooth daily operations of all assigned Modern Trade stores within the territory.

b. Drive sales performance by maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring excellent product visibility, and executing planograms and merchandising standards.
