Job Description:

• Oversees and managing retail banking operations in multiple branch locations within a specific area, focus on driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets and improving customer experience.
• Strategically planning & analyzing how to drive team’s performance, productivity and engagement.
• Developing and executing area’s business plans, driving customer acquisition and retention.
• Ensuring operational efficiency, risk and regulatory compliance.
• Driving and developing area’s profitability to be aligned with regional’s growth goals, through sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and cost control.
• Managing business growth & business expansion for targeted segment market in each area (affluent, emerging affluent & kiosk).
• Mentoring / evaluating branch managers & branch staffs in different locations to foster high performance.
