Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and objectives are met.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer account management matters.
- Supervise area coordinators and operations teams in project implementation and monitoring.
- Prepare and submit cost estimates, budgets, and timely billing reports.
- Monitor deployment, attendance, and performance of field employees.
- Conduct trade visits, market monitoring, and provide feedback to clients on project performance and competitor activities.
- Ensure proper maintenance of company vehicles, warehousing systems, and merchandising materials.
- Review and ensure timely submission of required reports, including post‑activity evaluations.
- Conduct regular coaching, performance appraisals, and KPI reviews with subordinates.
