What You Will Do
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Conduct daily store visits (GT, mini markets, provision shops, pharmacies).
- Take orders, check stocks, and ensure good shelf visibility & merchandising.
- Ensure promotions, POSM, and display setups are executed effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, buyers, and distributors.
- Identify and open new stores to expand product distribution.
- Support and collaborate with distributor sales teams to drive in‑market sales.
- Monitor market activities, competitor insights, pricing, and report to your manager.
