Overview
Carrier now has an opportunity for an Area Sales Manager (Service), to focus on the Midlands region. You will be responsible for the growth of the reoccurring revenue account base, also known as service agreement customers.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, research, and qualify potential customers using Carrier’s equipment installed base, referrals, internal leads, directories, and competitor sites.
- Make effective sales presentations, conduct customer needs assessment, answer questions and secure new customer maintenance agreements.
- Establish customer rapport and use effective questioning techniques to identify the prospect’s needs, budget, decision‑making process, timeline, and next steps.
