Opportunity Description
You work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to manage Business Contribution dealers and upgrade customers for better extraction. You are responsible for the appointment and expansion of channels based on numeric reach and weighted distribution priorities within the sales area.You are responsible for achieving business objectives in the designated sales territory while following defined sales processes. You consistently achieve monthly Volume and POS targets. You drive product performance by achieving key benchmarks (16” & above in GY and 14” & above in Kelly). You appoint new dealers and BROs while expanding channel presence and increasing market share. You plan, execute, and report sales activities within the assigned area.
