Area Sales Manager – DACH (Pumps / HVAC / Water Technology

On behalf of a fast-growing international manufacturer in water technology, pumps and HVAC solutions, we are looking for an entrepreneurial Area Sales Manager to build and lead the DACH region.

This is not about managing an existing, mature territory. It's a build-from-the-ground-up opportunity: you'll shape the regional strategy, develop the distribution network, and establish the brand across DACH — with real ownership and a direct line to leadership.
