Job Description

The Area Sales Manager – Leisure is primarily responsible for developing new business opportunities while managing the hotel’s existing accounts across various segments, including Pullman Cape Town City Centre, Movenpick Windhoek, Mercure Windhoek, and Windhoek International Convention Centre. All duties are carried out in accordance with Accor Hotels Standards and legal requirements. The role supports sales and operational teams to protect hotel interests and ensure quality service for guests and potential customers.

Responsibilities Stay informed of market and competitor changes. Act as an ambassador for the four brands and cross‑sell all brands as relevant to client requirements. Be responsible for an assigned market/territory and cultivate new commercial relationships and revenue streams from the allocated areas.
