Opportunity Description

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Lead solution selling for complex system opportunities, coordinating stakeholders to deliver complete solutions.
+ Manage and develop the agent network, collaborating effectively across internal functions and external partners.
+ Participate in the global Project Pursuit Process and ensure structured handover, sign-off, and documentation for project business.
+ Use sales tools and processes (e.g.BI tools) and provide accurate inputs to forecasting and planning cycles (POR / SE&OP) while managing budget reporting.
+ Actively identify new applications within existing customers and beyond to increase market share.
+ Develop and execute strategic plans for each allocated country to grow sales, market participation, and profitability in line with budget and growth initiatives.
+ Build strong customer relationships, uncover customer pain points, and position MTM solutions that solve real operational challenges.
