Job Description

Key Responsibilities:  

  1. Setting and Achieving Sales Targets for his/her team: Establishing and meeting area sales goals.  
  1. Executing the GTM: Executing plans to increase sales within the area by increase in town / retail coverage, product portfolio, distributors.  
  1. Managing and Motivating Sales Teams: Supervising, coaching, and supporting the sales team to achieve their targets.  
  1. Building and Maintaining Distributor Relationships: Developing and nurturing relationships with existing and potential distributors. Ensuring counter party risk and commercial hygiene is always maintained.  
  1. Analysing Sales Performance: Monitoring sales data, identifying trends, and adjusting strategies.  
  1. Forecasting and Budgeting: Predicting sales demand, preparing budgets, and managing expenditures.
