Area Sales Specialist

OBJECTIVE AND MAIN TASK OF THE FUNCTION

To develop the STAAR business in the assigned territory including short terms goals and long terms strategies to build premium market for implantable lens solution for refractive errors.
• To work towards exceeding business revenues (achieving and exceeding defined budget) for the assigned territory.

• To assist the Reporting Manager in developing and engaging influential and high volumes users for the organization.

• To assist the Marketing Manager in developing and executing an effective training and Marketing programs for ICL and TICL in the region.

 TASKS

• Provide sales and training support to distribution partners
• Assist with the promotional activities at regional/national congresses in India
• Collection and analysis of market relevant data in region.
• Counsellors Training / staff product awareness programs
