The Army Benevolent Fund (ABF) is the Army’s national charity, supporting soldiers, veterans, and their immediate families in times of need. Founded in 1944, our purpose is to provide a lifetime of support to serving soldiers, former soldiers, and their families when they are in need, ensuring they can avoid hardship and enjoy independence and dignity. The Charity operates a regional structure across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, with its central office in London. This Events Assistant role is a fantastic opportunity to work within an excellent team in our office in Venning Barracks Telford, supporting, planning, and delivering fundraising events; developing and increasing our supporter base; engaging with stakeholders and providing support to our local network of volunteers.
