Job Overview

In the Borough of Croydon an 'Outstanding' Secondary School are on the hunt for an Art Teacher / Art ECT for a September 2025 start. This is a permanent, full-time contract.

Due to increased uptake in Art across KS4 & KS5, the Head of Art is looking to hire an ambitious Art Teacher / Art ECT to join their current team of 3 Art Teachers who form a larger Art & Design faculty of 12 teachers.

The School is renowned for supportive SLT and impressive Progress 8 results across all subjects. They invest heavily in new teaching practices and train their staff.

Experienced Art Teachers can take on a TLR such as KS3 Coordinator, Pastoral Responsibility and more. Newly Qualified Art Teachers (ECT) will be enrolled onto the School's bespoke ECT induction, and will work alongside a range of young & experienced Art Teachers.
