About the Position
Reporting to the Principal and/or his delegate and working in collaboration with teachers and resource teachers, you will be responsible for:
- Creating a supportive learning environment to help students meet their learning goals
- Understanding the needs of all student groups
- Using appropriate study materials and resources that enhance active learning and motivate students
- Tracking student progress and providing useful feedback
- Planning course material and activities
- Building trusting relationships with students, parents, and other staff members
