Arc Partnership is a joint venture between Nottinghamshire County Council (NCC) and SCAPE. Formed in 2016 to support the council in creating an efficient, safe, and sustainable land and property portfolio.

We provide lifecycle property services, including the delivery of a high volume of multi-disciplinary projects in refurbishment and live sites.

Our team manages a significant pipeline of work, with an emphasis on education and development projects for Nottinghamshire County Council.

We're looking for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join our established Compliance team. You'll play an important role in supporting the delivery of asbestos management services across a diverse property portfolio, undertaking surveys, providing technical advice, and supporting compliance with statutory requirements.
