Position: ASME Authorized Inspector

Job Description:

TÜV SÜD South Asia is hiring an ASME Authorized Inspector (AI) to perform inspections of boilers, pressure vessels, piping, and welding in accordance with the ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel (BPV) Code, National Board, and jurisdictional regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct shop and field inspections during fabrication and assembly
• Witness hydrostatic, pneumatic, and non-destructive examinations (NDE)
• Maintain ASME Inspector Diary and verify material traceability
• Review WPS, PQRs, and welder/operator qualifications
• Document non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented
