We are seeking a commercial rehab and new construction estimator/project manager. This is an estimating, sales, and project management combined position.
We pride ourselves on 5 star quality work with a consultative approach. Our service area is within a 70 mile radius of Raleigh NC. We are looking for a seasoned asphalt new construction and parking lot rehab estimator. We are seeking someone with experience that can accurately do take-offs, read plans, work with excel, word and microsoft outlook to estimate new construction and rehabalitation paving jobs. We work with reputable general contractors and property owners rehabilatating existing parking lots and installing new ones. We self perfom Stone Installation, Asphalt Paving and Patching, Milling, Sealcoating and Striping, Thermoplastic, Signs, Grading etc. We also utilize subcontractors to perform concrete and other civil trades t...
