**Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is seeking an **Assembly Advisement Workplace Coach** **(Level 4)** to join the **Composite Manufacturing Center** team located in **Puyallup, Washington** .
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Utilizes manufacturing and assembly experience in one or more of these areas; mechanical, composites fabrication, composites assembly, machine operations for coaching, performance improvement and problem solving in support of the Boeing Production System
+ Analyzes and interprets performance and quality data to identify and mitigate the impact of changes on the production system. (e.g. CMES, CORRS, WebArt, REDARS, TMC)
