Assembly Technician II

In this technical production role, the Assembly Technician II will be responsible for supporting the production scale up of processes for assembly of instruments, modules and sub-assemblies for the VitalOne System.   A primary focus will be on building and testing prototype instruments for use by the engineering and science teams to test and refine designs along with assisting in the development of assembly and testing processes as we transition into commercial production. Working directly with the manufacturing engineering team, this role will help to improve assembly and inspection processes, define work instructions, identify, and develop fixtures as well as record assembly, inspection and test data of batches built.  Duties include, but are not limited to, setup and build of electro-mechanical assemblies and instruments; preparation of equipment and materials for assembly; performing inspections and/or t...
