Job Title: IT Senior Analyst – Hardware Asset Management
Job Location: Bangalore, India
SUMMARY:
The Senior Analyst – Hardware Asset Management (HAM) will drive end-to-end lifecycle management, governance, and optimization of IT hardware assets across Allegion globally.This role also acts as a central control point for enforcing an inventory-first strategy, standardizing workflows via ServiceNow, and optimizing cross-location asset utilization.
The position partners with IT, ITSM, Procurement, Finance, and Field Services teams to improve asset visibility, reduce costs, and enhance ITAM maturity.
This Role will be reporting to Global IT Asset Manager.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Process Governance, Architecture & Continuous Improvement
Continuously assess existing ITAM and procurement processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and control weaknesses based on best practices & industry standards
