Asset Management, Highbridge, Middle Office Vice President

As a Middle Office Vice President within the Treasury & Middle Office team, you will be responsible for all of Highbridge's trade management and financing needs working closely with our investment team and partner with other areas, including Risk Management, Fund Controllers and Technology.
**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Play a vital role in support of the Firm's efforts to invest in convertible arbitrage, equity derivatives, warrant and volatility arbitrage markets
+ Support the daily operations of a multi-strategy fund with a focus on equity derivatives trading
+ Develop a deep knowledge and understanding of the Firm's investment process and technology platform
+ Liaise with counterparties to arrange trade settlements and confirmations
+ Work hand-in-hand with traders, portfolio managers and research analysts to manage the execution of complex corporate actions (refinancings, exchanges, acquisitions, etc.) among our portfolio companies, arranging third-party...
