Job Description

- Form a team of 2‒3 members alongside the Director and participate in the management of portfolio companies
- Take responsibility for formulating and executing business plans (including business strategies, action plans to improve the company value, and exit strategies) to maximize
investment performance
- Submit business plans and provide reporting to the Investment Committee and other relevant bodies
- Establish and strengthen internal controls and corporate governance frameworks
- Establish and improve financial and operational systems (e.g., verifying the status of balance sheets and income statements)
- Verify the establishment and operation of the board of directors and management structure
