About The Role

As a CBRE Asset Manager, you will maintain small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function, which provides preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You’ll Do

Site Management and Compliance

• Conduct weekly comprehensive site inspections across all assigned parcels, documenting conditions, identifying risks, and submitting full reports with photographic evidence each week.
• Respond promptly to emergency notifications and urgent Microsoft requests, ensuring a qualified resource attends site without delay.
• Ensure all sites remain secure, visually presentable, and compliant with local environmental, safety, and land use regulations at all times.
• Engage with local Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) to obtain all required permits and approvals prior to works commencing.
