Asset Manager

Criterion Capital is looking for a hands-on Asset Manager to take responsibility for a commercial property portfolio across London. This role is about getting into the detail—driving income, managing leasing activity, and pushing performance across each asset.

You’ll be expected to take ownership, make decisions, and work closely with agents, tenants and internal teams to make sure the portfolio is performing as it should.

What you’ll be doin

• gTaking ownership of asset performance across the portfoli
• oDriving income through leasing, rent reviews and renewal
• sWorking closely with agents to reduce voids and improve commercial term
• sManaging budgets, income and arrears, with a clear focus on cash flo
• wKeeping on top of day-to-day issues and making sure nothing stall
• sIdentifying opportunities to improve assets and increase valu
• eOverseeing managing agents and holding them to accoun
