Responsibilities
- Integrate new models from outsourcing partners into the game engine
- Improve and optimize existing models and textures
- Collaborate with outsourcing companies by creating technical specifications
- Monitor outsourcing progress and ensure assets meet quality standards
- Proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max, including modeling and unwrapping
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, specifically working with layers and masks
- Proficient knowledge of Substance Designer
- Strong understanding of PBR principles
- Familiarity with game engine workflows and shader functionality
- Experience in game development or other CG industries
- Proficiency in English and fluency in Russian
- Strong attention to detail and ability to articulate thoughts clearly
- Knowledge of Houdini or other 3D/2D software
