Opportunity Description
Asset InCharge personnel shall oversee the daily operations of asset supervisors and ensure that activities are aligned with organizational policies and service expectations. Their role includes monitoring the integrity of the asset register verifying compliance with allocation and disposal procedures and validating audit results. They will serve as the primary liaison between onsite asset teams and the remote project management function ensuring smooth execution of workflows and reporting.
Additional Information :
- Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience in asset management.
- At least two (2) years of relevant experience in managing physical assets and their lifecycle.
- Handson experience in asset/inventory management systems.
- Familiarity with barcode handheld devices and tracking applications.
- Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and Word.
