Role Overview
Thirteen Group is on the lookout for an Asset Strategy Director to lead and shape our long‑term asset management strategy.
As Asset Strategy Director, you’ll define and drive our strategic approach to asset management, ensuring our homes are safe, sustainable and fit for the future. You’ll align investment decisions with customer needs while embedding a data‑led approach to enhance performance, support regulatory compliance, and deliver long‑term financial resilience.
We expect you to be on site two to three days a week working from our fantastic office space at Hudson Quay in Middlesbrough.
