This integral role will support the financial operations of the hotel by assisting with accounting tasks, financial reporting, and compliance with financial policies, accurate record-keeping, timely processing of transactions, and adherence to internal controls. Other responsibilities include, but not limited to;

• Monitoring and checking of all creditor statements to ensure the hotel remains ‘current’ in its payments, whilst also ensuring full recognition all potential expenditures.

• Entering of all outstanding invoices into the hotels accounts payable system, whilst ensuring correct assignment of general codes. Payment of all invoices on a timel...
