Our client is a leading Japanese MNC company that specializes in the supply of tools and equipment. They are currently an Assistant Admin.
Department: Customer Engineering Department
【Responsibilities】
- Coordinate service schedules for the engineering team.
- Prepare and manage service-related documentation, including quotations, purchase orders (PO), and service reports.
- Maintain and update machinery records and service history.
- Coordinate machinery tool calibration schedules and ensure timely tracking.
- Manage and maintain ISO documentation and compliance records.
- Act as a tracker/administrator for company protocol and internal compliance activities.
- Support service billing and documentation for customer-related services.
- Provide general administrative support and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
