Key Responsibilities
- Commercial target: Drive sales performance and growth to meet allocated targets.
- Partner with the Manager: Ensure boutique objectives, turnover, and client portfolio development; maintain a strong presence on the sales floor.
- Boutique action plan: Understand the boutique KPIs and follow the action plans defined by Boutique Management.
- Maison representation and advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador within the local community, building relationships and enhancing brand visibility through strategic partnerships and events.
- Individual performance: Achieve individual sales targets.
- Operational excellence: Manage compliance and risk, ensuring the team follows Group policies and the Maison’s commercial rules.
- Retail procedures: Guarantee that all retail procedures—selling, customer service, stock management, and security—are respected.
