An established and exciting fashion brand which has seen explosive growth are currently recruiting for an established Assistant Buyer or Junior Buyer. They have quickly grown and have a well-recognised presence on social media platforms. This is a pivotal role to the business & an exciting opportunity to join a business on its path to success. The ideal candidate will have a experience in a similar role for a fashion ecommerce business.
The Role:
Contributes to product development with an awareness of department best and worst and seasonal trends
Contributes to product development to assist the JB/Buyer/HOB with range building
Has a basic understanding of category frameworks in relation to product development
Supports Buyer/HOB with cost price negotiations to achieve best prices and meet department BIM
Attends design meetings with JB/HOB
Takes ownership for chasing in development samples
Achieves cost price...
