Assistant Buyer, Perfume and Cosmetics

For our Purchasing Department located in Singapore we are looking for an Assistant Buyer, Perfume and Cosmetics.

• be accountable for managing the SAP System’s data input and integrity, including the generation of necessary reports to support the Team’s decision making.
• partner with team members across all functions of Purchasing to develop plans to maximize product performance based on analysis and item information.
• review and analyse brands and vendors’ performance to support buying decisions.
• maintain and manage the Master Data of all products, including new listings and product information as well as aging and end of cycle products, ensuring that the system carries reliable and up-to-date information.
• assist and support other ad‑hoc projects that may be assigned, including supporting the team in buying activities.
