Assistant Coach, William Smith Rowing

The successful candidate will assist the head rowing coach in the organization and management of the highly competitive NCAA DIII William Smith women’s rowing programs at Hobart and William Smith Colleges. The position responsibilities will include teaching and coaching student-athletes for successful competition; supporting student-athletes’ academic success; recruiting prospective students; fundraising; developing alumni, alumnae and parent relations; administrative tasks; and other duties as assigned.

o assist in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of practice and race plans
